The heart of the structure is the Noble Villa of the 1700s, perfectly tuned in with the outside environment. All around the villa are other smaller perfectly restored and comfortable buildings. Unique in all Umbria is the Imperial suite that has a big living room, swimmingpool, private sauna and whirpool. The entire structure is free of architectural barriers.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Rome, on piazza della Maddalena, near the Pantheon and in front of the only baroque and rococò church, embedded between the most popular monuments and unique architectural sites, away from the excessively crowded areas. An environment with a timeless atmophere full of fascination, every detail is refined: the 1500 building in wich the restaurant is located, the furniture, the table settings, the staff and the welkoming service. The last generation chef: Rita Colaiacomo. A smart, educated, discrete woman who lived the first part of her life in her home kitchen and there, in the walls of her house, she developped her passion . This is how a chef was born, discovering to love this art by preparing every day new dishes, experimenting different combinations. An art, that to be called so, needs the blending of creativity an knowledge, technique and innovation, love and sensitivity.
